About Us
Boston's Navien Specialists
Family-owned, factory-trained, and focused on one brand — heat and hot water done right, every time.
Our Story
Vaughan Plumbing and Heating was founded with a simple idea: homeowners deserve a plumber who truly knows their equipment. When Navien systems started taking over Greater Boston — both tankless water heaters and combi-boilers — we made a decision to specialize, and Navien became our sole focus.
Over 15 years later, we've serviced thousands of Navien units across the region. We know every error code, every common failure point, and every firmware quirk — whether it's a tankless NPE series or a combi-boiler heating your whole home. That depth of knowledge means faster diagnoses, fewer repeat visits, and repairs that actually last.
We're a small, tight-knit team — not a big dispatch center. When you call us, you talk to a technician, not a call center. We show up on time, explain what we find, and never recommend work you don't need.
Navien Certified & Factory Trained
We don't just work on Navien — we're trained and certified directly by Navien for both tankless water heaters and combi-boiler heating systems. That means factory diagnostics, genuine parts, and the latest technical bulletins.

How We Work
Honest Diagnostics
We tell you exactly what's wrong and what it will cost before we start any work. No surprises on the invoice.
Specialists, Not Generalists
We focus exclusively on Navien — tankless water heaters and combi-boilers. That specialization means faster fixes and better outcomes than a general plumber.
Respect for Your Home
We wear boot covers, clean up after ourselves, and treat your home the way we'd want ours treated.

We cover a wide swath of eastern Massachusetts — from the city neighborhoods to the suburbs. If you're not sure whether we come to you, just call.
